Peak Performance training programs are directed by Physical Therapist, DPT and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Adam Carver. Clients will maximize athletic potential with exercise, nutrition, and psychology. Peak Performance Trainers have playing/coaching experience, combined with physical education background.
The Peak Performance Training Room is located in The Cage and is now open! We are registering for classes now and will be on a first come basis. In addition to classes, we will have individual training sessions available by appointment.
